Pete's Pickle Recipe

2-3 Cucumbers--I reccomend cutting into 4-5 spears

2-3 Cloves of Garlic minced or sliced

2-4 Tbs of Dill--I reccomend drying the dill a week in advance

1 Tbs Black Pepper

1 Tbs Kosher Salt

6-8 oz. White Vinegar--Depending on the size of mason jar

4-6 oz. Water--Top off rest of mason jar with water after you put in the vinegar

Instructions:

Once you have filled your jar with mentioned ingredients, place the jar in a dark space for 24 hours, then place in the refrigerator for another 24 hours. After the 48 hour setting period, enjoy at your heart's desire. 

 

Greek Salad Receipe

2 Cucumbers--Cubed

2 c. Carrots--Cubed

2 stalks of Celery--Thinly sliced

2 Bell Peppers--Cubed

2-3 Kale Leaves--Sliced or diced

2 Tbs Lemon or Lime juice

3-4 c. Cherry Tomatoes

2-3 c. Onions--Diced

1 Clove of Garlic--Minced

1 c. Feta Cheese

1/4 c. Sage

1/2 c. Basil

1/4 c. Oregano

1/4 c. Cilantro

1/8 c. Spearmint 

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a bowl and toss.
